The challenge: To transform the Grade II-listed Rugby Radio Station buildings into a focal point for an award-winning new secondary school at the heart of the Houlton residential development. Implementing building fabric upgrades and a low-energy engineering strategy to meet stringent EFSA operational energy targets was fundamental to scheme viability.
