The challenge: To redefine sustainable urban living through the transformation of a brown field site, led by nature and with people at its heart. To curate an inspiring new neighbourhood set within 20 acres of green landscaping, home to over 1,000 new trees. To deliver 4,000 new homes, three major new cultural and performance venues and a centre for clean innovation technology, creating 12,000 new jobs. To bring the wonder back to Earls Court.
