Process.

1.

Governance:

We spend time understanding existing communication channels between, occupiers, asset managers and owners.​

2.

Occupier surveys

If required, we run portfolio wide occupier surveys that assess decarbonisation position and progress which can be used towards GRESB​.

3.

Tenant maturity

We gather information on energy consumption and occupier decarbonisation plans to assess risks and maturity. ​

4.

Build engagement strategy

Using the output of step 1 & 2 and 3 we build an appropriate engagement strategy with you; this could involve multiple approaches, embedding planned actions into existing governance structures. We can support the delivery of campaigns where needed.​

5.

Learn and adapt

We continue to monitor and report on the occupier engagement progress and adapt strategies as required. ​
