Process.

Portfolio selection
We agree the group of assets to include, this may be a whole estate or a defined subset based on strategy, risk, or existing audits.

Data submission
Clients provide asset schedules and any relevant technical data. Where gaps exist, we can supplement using desktop assumptions and benchmarked data.

Gap filling
Where full datasets are unavailable, we populate key fields using desktop analysis and sample site insights.
4.
Digital modelling
We load, process and analyse the dataset in “Cascade”, our digital prioritisation tool, to model interventions, impacts and sequencing.
5.
Output iteration
We work with you to refine the results, ensuring the final plan aligns with investment priorities and delivers a clear, actionable roadmap.
