Process.

1.

Optional extra – Carbon accounting. Building operations

We can calculate the residual operational emissions for buildings using existing projections or performance data for energy, water and refrigerant leakage.​

Cost modelling

We model the anticipated cost of purchasing high quality carbon credits and the avoided offset cost if procuring renewable energy and via a forward agreement. ​

Decision making workshop

We facilitate a client workshop with appropriate stakeholders or decisionmakers, such as investors, to the decide the carbon offsetting approach.​

4.

Strategy creation

We write a carbon offsetting strategy based on the decisions made in the workshop.​

5.

Optional extra – facilitate carbon credit procurement with offset broker

We can work with an offset broker to procure carbon credits according to the strategy.​
